Updated guidelines: Schedule 2 Guidelines on Interpretation
The guidelines linked below were superseded in October 2023. See our updated guidelines on interpretation.
Following our industry update on 14 September, we have today issued updated Guidelines on interpretation. The amendments to the Guidelines are as follows:
- Inclusion of the term ‘Private Trust Company’ in the glossary
- Minor amendment to paragraph 2.1.3
- Minor amendment to paragraph 2.4.4
- Amendment to paragraph 2.4.13 including remove of sub-paragraphs
- Deletion and replacement of paragraph 2.4.14
- Amendment to paragraph 2.4.16
