SoHo Services Limited ("SoHo")

Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998, as amended (the "FS(J)L") 

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") issues this public statement pursuant to Article 25 of the FS(J)L.

The Commission wishes it to be known that SoHo is not registered under the provisions of the FS(J)L in the conduct of financial service business.

Following an investigation by the Commission in 2011 into the provision of unauthorised trust company business services by SoHo, the Commission concluded that SoHo had been providing trust company business in contravention of Article 7 of the FS(J)L.   

SoHo is in the process of being dissolved.
