This month, we have published our 2027 fees notices.

We have updated our Limited Liability Company (LLC) guidance, making it easier and clearer to use LLCs across a wider range of regulated activities.  

We have published a feedback paper explaining our response to industry feedback on proposed changes to Pillar 2 and Prudential reporting as part of our Basel III implementation Roadmap. 

We have also published an update on the repeal and replacement of COBO (Control of Borrowing Order) framework. 

Later this month, we will also be updating our AML/CFT/CPF handbook. We will be adding changes to the MLCO and reliance regimes, aimed at reducing the cost and complexity of compliance, and making it easier to do business in Jersey while maintaining high standards for preventing financial crime.
