A single destination for digital assets regulatory information

We have launched a new digital assets hub, bringing together regulatory guidance, resources and practical information in one central location.

Digital assets, particularly tokenisation, represent a significant growth opportunity for Jersey's financial services industry. We are working closely with industry, the Government of Jersey and Jersey Finance to support new business in this area through the Digital Assets Innovation Council.

Supporting growth, especially in tokenisation, is also a strategic priority for the JFSC. The hub is part of our commitment to strengthening Jersey's competitiveness by making regulatory pathways clearer and easier to navigate. It helps firms identify the guidance most relevant to their activities and better understand the requirements that may apply.

We will continue to work closely with Jersey Finance and the Government of Jersey to provide a more joined-up experience for businesses looking to establish or expand digital asset operations in Jersey. As part of this approach, Jersey Finance has enhanced its existing digital assets content, making it more prominent and better connected to the JFSC’s new digital assets pages, to support the international promotion of Jersey’s capabilities in this space.
