This statement is made in order to advise investors and potential investors that Reality Millions is not regulated or registered in Jersey

The Commission has been made aware of the existence of a website using the name of Reality Millions. The site claims that Reality Millions is registered as an “International Business and International Trust Company” or “International Business and Investment Trust Company” under the name RM Private Trust, also known as ITBG Securities Underwriters Corporation, and is formed in the Channel Islands.

Reality Millions, International Business and International Trust Company, International Business and Investment Trust Company, RM Private Trust, Midas Private Fund and ITBG Securities Underwriters Corporation are not licensed, registered or in any way regulated to conduct any financial services business and collective investment fund business in or from within Jersey.

The Commission also wishes to advise that there are no companies that have any of the above-mentioned names registered in Jersey.
