Mr Aldwyn Percival Sully ("Mr Sully")

Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law 2008 (the "Law")
The Jersey Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") issues this public statement under Article 26 of the Law.
1.1 Following an investigation by the Commission, it has been found that Mr Sully, either in his own name or through the business name of Artax, has been providing specified Schedule 2 business as defined in Article 15 of the Law since the Law came into force on 19 September 2008, in contravention of Article 10(1) of the Law, namely the carrying on of unauthorised specified Schedule 2 business.
1.2 Mr Sully has co-operated with the Commission throughout the course of the Investigation.
1.3 Mr Sully has been prohibited from:
(A) (i) performing any accountancy function or service at all for;
(ii) engaging in any employment at all by; or
(iii) holding any position at all in the business of,
a person carrying on a regulated business or supervised business1,
(B) performing any function or service which falls within the definition of "Accountants" under Article 2 of Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.
