The Jersey Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") issues this public statement under Article 25(d) of the Law.
Following the completion of the cessation of business plan by the Lincoln Companies, the registrations of the Lincoln Companies were revoked by the Commission on 14 May 2009 under Articles 9(4)(a) and 9(4)(d) of the Law. Accordingly, the Lincoln Companies are no longer registered to conduct trust company business.
