2025 AML/CFT/CPF and other Supervisory Risk Data Collection exercise
From Monday 2 February 2026 until 5:00pm on Thursday 30 April 2026, supervised businesses will need to provide us with their 2025 data.
This data is used to inform our approach for risk-based supervision and used in aggregated form to refresh National Risk Assessments.
The data we are asking for remains largely the same with some minor corrections to question wording and workbook formatting. These changes are detailed in our guide to workbook changes.
As we did last year, we will also be requesting data from all prescribed non-profit organisations (NPOs). The method for collecting the data will vary depending on how the prescribed NPO is serviced.
Prescribed NPOs (administered by trust company businesses)
The data collection workbook for these entities will be sent to the trust company business (TCB) service provider recorded within our records. The TCB will complete one data collection workbook with details of each of the Prescribed NPOs it provides services to within the one workbook. This will be available via myJFSC.
Independent prescribed NPOs that are not serviced via a TCB
The data for these entities will be collected via an online survey issued by direct email.
Natural persons providing lending or trust and company services
These persons (for example, non-executive directors) should follow our sole trader guidance for a question-by-question explanation of how the request may be applicable to you. If you need help completing the data request, please email datacollections@jerseyfsc.org.
