In accordance with the provisions of Article 205(6) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Law), notice is hereby given that, unless reason is shown to the contrary as to why the company should not be struck off the register, the company may be struck off the register and dissolved without further legal process at the end of three months from the date of this notice.
