Service notice – myRegistry and our Security Interests Register will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 6:00pm on Tuesday 31 March until 2:00am on Wednesday 1 April.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 16(3) of the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law 2020 (the Law), notice is hereby given that, unless the Foundation submits the annual confirmation statement, the Foundation may be struck off the register and dissolved without further legal process at the end of three months from the date of this notice.
