Limited liability partnerships strike off process notices 2018

Limited liability partnerships who have not paid their annual declaration fee By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 37 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law, 1997, I hereby give notice that, the limited liability partnerships whose names appear below, had not paid their annual declaration fee by the end of February 2018. Should the limited liability partnership continue to be in default, after a period of three months from the date of this notice, the JFSC may take steps to recover any outstanding amounts. Should the limited liability partnership, continue being in default of Article 37 of the Law we may issue legal proceedings under Article 35 of the Law to seek an order for the dissolution of the Limited Liability Partnership from the Register and/or recover all outstanding fees and costs related to us pursuing the court proceedings. Please be notified that we may opt to instigate court proceedings on or around the 1st October 2018.
