Incorporated limited partnerships strike off process notices 2017

By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Article 26 of the Incorporated Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law, 2011, I hereby give notice that, the incorporated limited partnerships whose names appear below, had not paid their annual administration fee by the end of February 2017. Should the incorporated limited partnership, continue being in default of Article 26 of the Law we may issue legal proceedings under Article 22 of the Law to seek an order for the dissolution of the Incorporated Limited Partnership from the Register and/or recover all outstanding fees and costs related to us pursuing the court proceedings. Please be notified that we may opt to instigate court proceedings on or around the 1st October 2017.
