The deadline to submit your annual confirmation statement is 11:59pm on 28 February 2026. We will be available by phone and email on 822030 or registry@jerseyfsc.org, Saturday 28 February 2026, between 10:00am and 3:00pm, to assist you with your filing.

Service notice – myRegistry and our Security Interests Register will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 6:00pm on Tuesday 3 March until 2:00am on Wednesday 4 March.

2025 Registry fees

Depending on the timeframe selected for new incorporations and registrations, we offer tiered payment options.

Any submission not meeting the regulatory requirements will be returned and may be delayed as a result.

Please note that fees are non-refundable.
