Webinar: proposed updates to Schedule 2
Join us for a webinar at 9am on 11 December 2025 to learn about the proposed updates to our guidelines on interpretation of Article 36 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.
The changes aim to strengthen clarity, promote consistent interpretation across industry, and ensure Jersey remains aligned with international standards while keeping the guidelines practical and proportionate.

- outline what these updates mean for you and the next steps in the consultation process
- answer any questions you may have at this stage
The consultation is scheduled to launch shortly and will run for eight weeks. This is your opportunity to understand the changes and share your initial views.
There will be further opportunities to engage on the revised Guidelines during upcoming drop-in sessions at St Helier Town Hall on 12 and 26 January 2026. Further details on these sessions will be published in due course.
