Looking ahead
Changes to the Control of Borrowing Order take effect on 13 April. These simplify requirements and remove the need for some COBO consents. As part of this, we’ll also be withdrawing some outdated application forms from myJFSC. To make life easier, we will also be streamlining our special resolution forms to remove duplication, give clearer options, and offer more flexibility.
We recently announced the new, modernised Intellectual Property Register that we will launch on 1 August. This will make it much easier to protect your intellectual property, with fully digital trademark services available from day one and digital patents and designs to follow. It’s the first step toward a single, streamlined system for all IP matters in Jersey.
