Watch: Industry survey response - Registry improvements
Executive Director of Registry, Beverley Kent talks about what we have done to address your feedback, as well as our plans for the future.
You asked for:
- digital improvements
- improvements to response times and approachability
- support for island competitiveness
Since November, we have:
- upgraded our Registry back-office system
- launched the Obliged Entity Beneficial Ownership register
- improved service levels
However, we still have more to do. This year, we are looking to:
- digitalise more of our processes
- update our website navigation
- improve our guidance
We have also engaged a third party to conduct a complete strategic review of our Registry to further enhance accessibility and ensure Jersey remains a competitive business hub.
