In this video, our Executive Director of People and Culture, Alexis Dolling, discusses our most recent industry survey results, the actions we’ve taken so far, and our plans to address your feedback in the future.
You asked for improvements in our institutional knowledge and experience, as well as consistent and improved levels of service.
In response to your feedback, we have:
- rolled out technical training for supervisors
- made changes to our ways of working to improve consistency
- increased learning and development
- maintained appropriate resource levels, remaining within 90% of our target headcount
- a stable leadership team, with 96% of roles filled
- clear in-role promotion pathways
- started supporting the Highlands degree apprenticeship scheme
