Warning: scam business impersonates legitimate Jersey company White Thorn Capital Limited

We are warning the public about an unauthorised financial services provider that is impersonating a legitimate Jersey registered business, White Thorn Capital Limited.

The scam business is using the name White Thorn Capital Limited but has no link to the genuine Jersey registered business, which is administered by IQEQ (Jersey) Limited.

The scam business is claiming to be working from Gaspe House, 66-72 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1GH. It has a website, www.whitethorncap.co.uk, and uses the email address admin@whitethorncap.co.uk.

We can confirm that the scam business is not authorised to conduct investment business in the Island. We are asking anyone who has been contacted by or had dealings with this business to contact our Enforcement team.
