Warning: scam business impersonates legitimate Jersey Company, Aries Finance Limited

We are warning the public about an unauthorised financial services provider that is impersonating a legitimate Jersey registered business, Aries Finance Limited.

The scam business is using the name Aries Finance Limited but has no link to the genuine Jersey registered business, which is administered by trust and fund service provider Vistra. Despite claiming to be administered by Deutsche International Corporate Services Limited, the scam business has no connection to the trust and fund service provider.

The scam business is claiming to be working from Vistra’s address: St Paul’s Gate 22-24, New Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4TR. It has a website, www.aries-finance.co.uk, and uses the email address admin@aries-finance.co.uk.

We can confirm that the scam business is not authorised to conduct investment business in the Island. We are asking anyone who has been contacted by or had dealings with this business to contact our Enforcement team.
