The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) issues this public statement pursuant to Article 25(d)

of the FS(J)L.

This statement is made in order to warn members of the public against dealing with unauthorised financial service providers. The Scam Entity has not received authorisation to conduct investment business within the meaning of the FS(J)L and has no link whatsoever with Vantage Limited or any other entity of Vantage Group.

From documentation held by the JFSC the Scam Entity, via the Website, is falsely purporting to trade from a former address of Vantage Limited, Anley Street St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QD and is carrying on, or holding out that it is carrying on, investment business in Jersey when it is not authorised to do so pursuant to the provisions of the FS(JL.

The JFSC wishes the following to be known:

  1. The Scam Entity, Website and Email Address are not connected in any way to Vantage Limited and/or any other entities of the Vantage Group. In Jersey, Vantage Limited is located at 2nd Floor, Mielles House, La Rue des Mielles, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3QE and is authorised by the JFSC to conduct regulated activities.
  2. The Scam Entity has never been registered, nor applied for registration, under the FS(J)L. Therefore any investment business as defined in Article 2 of the FS(J)L and carried out by the Scam Entity, is in breach of Article 7 of the FS(J)L.
  3. From documentation held by the JFSC, the Scam Entity, Website and Email Address display warning signs of being set up for a fraudulent purpose.

Any person who has had dealings with the Scam Entity is requested to contact the JFSC.

All regulated businesses in Jersey are listed on our website.
