Industry update

Update on disclosable beneficial ownership information

We recently consulted industry on proposals to collect additional fields of information on beneficial ownership. 

Following discussions with Government, we have decided to delay the publication of the feedback paper. This will allow additional time to fully analyse and consider the responses provided.

A further update will be published in Q3 2025.
