Two new forms added to myJFSC
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance regulatory processes, we have added two new change of anti-money laundering service provider (AMLSP) forms to myJFSC.
The process involves the:
- AMLSP Outgoing Form
- AMLSP Incoming Form
AMLSP Outgoing Form
The Outgoing AMLSP will fill out the AMLSP Outgoing Form. The form allows you to include the:
- date of the change
- name of the incoming AMLSP
- names of any departing directors of underlying Schedule 2s, as a result of the change of the AMLSP
This form can be found on the relevant Forms page alongside other AMLSP forms, on myJFSC.
AMLSP Incoming Form
The AMLSP Incoming Form will then be created and the Incoming AMLSP is directly notified of the creation of this form, rather than the form being listed on myJFSC.
This second form allows the Incoming AMLSP to confirm the details set out by the Outgoing AMLSP, and name directors to be appointed with the change of AMLSP occurring.
Subject to certain responses, the incoming AMLSP form may require follow-up by the Authorisations team, however this is otherwise a straight-through process.
With the introduction of these forms, our Authorisations Team will no longer accept notification of changes of AMLSP via email.
