Ten findings identified in 2022 Beneficial Ownership and Control Thematic Examinations

During the fourth quarter of 2022, we undertook a Thematic Examination to assess the compliance of supervised persons with Beneficial Ownership and Control (BOC) regulatory obligations.

Ten supervised persons were assessed, and ten findings were identified. Four supervised persons had no findings identified during their respective examinations.
