Special purpose vehicle forms published on myJFSC

We have published three special purpose vehicle (SPV) forms on myJFSC: 

  • Checklist for Securities Issuers by Jersey Companies 
  • Memorandum for Compliance (for prospectus circulation under the Companies (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002) 
  • Checklist for the Circulation of Offers in Jersey (for securities originating outside Jersey) 

The Checklist for Securities Issuers by Jersey Companies and Memorandum for Compliance to support the circulation of a prospectus under the Companies (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002 forms now include the ability to assign drafting to third-party legal firms. While Trust Company Businesses (TCBs) remain responsible for the final submission, this assignment feature will make it easier for legal advisers to support you throughout the submission process. 

Forms in Word format will remain available on our website and serviced by us until the end of 2025 to ensure continuity. We will also be running workshops over the coming months to demonstrate the new functionality and gather your feedback.
