Sound Business Policy: updated Registry forms now available

On 1 November 2025, we launched our new Sound Business Policy (SBP) in collaboration with the Government of Jersey and industry stakeholders to improve clarity, usability, and efficiency.

What’s new?

Our Registry forms have been updated to align with the new SBP and are available on myRegistry:

  • Incorporation and Registration Forms
  • Change of Activity Form
