We have published an FAQ page to address some of the common questions we are receiving from directors, following the recent changes to schedule 2.
The deadline to submit your annual confirmation statement is 11:59pm on 28 February 2026. We will be available by phone and email on 822030 or registry@jerseyfsc.org, Saturday 28 February 2026, between 10:00am and 3:00pm, to assist you with your filing.
Service notice – myRegistry and our Security Interests Register will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 6:00pm on Tuesday 3 March until 2:00am on Wednesday 4 March.
