Registry closed to prepare for switchover to myRegistry

  • Registry
  • Digital

This Friday we will be closing the Registry at 11:00 so that we can do further preparation work to move over to the new digital Registry and get customers set up on myRegistry.

Registry services and Easy Company Registry

Customers will not have access to Easy Company Registry from 11:00 this Friday.

If you have any urgent or fast track applications, you will need to submit these before this time.

For more assistance, contact a member of our Registry team at registry@jerseyfsc.org

Getting set up on myRegistry

As we started to do on 6 January, we will continue to prioritise setting up trust company and fund services businesses and will contact lead administrators directly by email to start this process today.

For all other businesses, we will share a link on our web pages so that you can access myRegistry and set up your own account.

Deadline extension

We are extending the deadline for the annual confirmation statement to give you more time to get set up and used to your new myRegistry account.

You now have until 30 June 2021 to confirm that your information is accurate and up to date.

Support and guidance

If you haven’t done so already, we would strongly recommend taking the time to read the information and guidance we have shared on the myRegistry pages of our website, which will help you with the transition to the new system.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to change over to the new system. We understand that change can often be difficult, even uncomfortable, but we are here to support you.

For all queries relating to myRegistry, contact myRegistry@jerseyfsc.org
