Read the Crown Dependencies' authorised push payment fraud update
Alongside the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, we have published an update on our joint work to tackle authorised push payment (APP) fraud.
This update explains the regulators’ shared overall position and agreed principles. We aim to start engagement on a coordinated and consistent approach across the Crown Dependencies soon.
The work focuses on retail banking customers to make sure any changes are practical and proportionate. It also highlights areas that need more input from industry and other stakeholders before we share and discuss a proposed framework.
