Read our aggregated supervisory risk data
In 2018, we began our annual supervisory risk data collection for supervised persons in Jersey.
We collect organisational/footprint, customer and compliance data from the businesses and individuals we supervise to:
- support our risk-based approach to supervision
- improve our understanding of activities undertaken by supervised persons
- inform Jersey’s National Risk assessment
We have published reports showing aggregated data for the banking, investment business, legal and trust company business sectors to:
- provide a general overview on each sector
- improve the understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing risks across different sectors

Next steps
In January 2025, we will:
- publish our reports for accountants, estate agents, funds and lending (non-bank) sectors
- publish details for our next supervisory data collection exercise
We will be engaging with industry through trade bodies and associations during Q1 2025 to gather feedback and inform future publications.
Thank you for your continued engagement as we continue to collect supervisory risk data.
