Read our 2025 end of year service report
We have published our end of year service report for 2025. This year we introduced several improvements across our registry and regulatory services that make it easier for industry to work with us. Our focus has been on reducing delays, improving accuracy and providing a smoother overall experience.
These improvements include:
- new digital forms that replace previous paper processes for Special Purpose Vehicle applications
- straight through processing for myProfile applications, helping to speed up approvals for Principal and Key Persons
- a single AMLSP legal arrangement form for limited partnerships and their general partners, reducing duplication and lowering fees by 50%
- updates to our portal forms to reflect Sound Business Policy changes, ensuring continued alignment with Government of Jersey requirements
These changes improve the experience for regulated and registered businesses by making our processes quicker, clearer and more consistent. Digitalisation increases accuracy and reduces rework, and streamlined forms help industry send complete information the first time. This means less time spent on administration and a faster route to market.
We will continue to build on these improvements in early 2026, including further enhancements that support quicker responses for applications relating to Key and Principal Persons.
