Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law 2008 (Supervisory Bodies Law)

This statement is to warn the public against dealing with unauthorised financial service providers.

The JFSC is aware that Mr Wilkinson, through his LinkedIn profile and the website, is claiming to offer investment opportunities for Jersey residents via P Wilkinson International, while not authorised to do so by the JFSC.  

The JFSC confirms that:

  • Mr Wilkinson and P Wilkinson International have never been registered, nor applied to be registered, under the FS(J)L or Supervisory Bodies Law, and therefore any investment business or Schedule 2 business carried on by both Mr Wilkinson or P Wilkinson International is in contravention of Article 7 of the FS(J)L and Article 10 of the Supervisory Bodies Law
