myJFSC to include special purpose vehicle forms

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, three special purpose vehicle (SPV) forms will soon be added to myJFSC. These are:

  • Checklist for Securities Issues by Jersey Companies
  • Memorandum for Compliance (for prospectus circulation under the Companies (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2002)
  • Checklist for the Circulation of Offers in Jersey for subscription, sale, or exchange of securities originating outside Jersey

The move to myJFSC is designed to make it easier for you to manage submissions and to introduce enhanced features, including the ability to assign forms to third-party legal firms for drafting. Final submission will remain the responsibility of Trust Company Businesses (TCBs).

Forms in Word format will remain available on our website and will continue to be serviced by us until the end of 2025.
