JFSC extends closing date for Investment Business consultation

Due to the impact that Coronavirus is having on business operations, we are extending the closing date for our consultation on Enhancements to the Investment Business regime (No. 8 2019).

The deadline for comments is now Friday 1 May 2020.

We hope that this gives affected businesses and other interested parties sufficient time to consider the proposals and respond.

We will publish the responses to closed consultations in the usual way over the coming weeks.
