Invitation to Tender for JFSC Legal Services Panel

The Expression of Interest exercise is the first step in the Jersey Financial Services Commission's (JFSC) process to procure firms for appointment to a Legal Services Panel (Panel). The Panel is being established to provide legal services and support with investigation and litigation cases falling within the remit of the JFSC’s Enforcement Team.
