Important update – new Sound Business Policy effective 1 November 2025

To promote growth and prosperity, the Government of Jersey and the Jersey Financial Services Commission have issued the new Sound Business Policy, effective 1 November 2025.

This policy replaces our former Sound Business Practice Policy and strengthens Jersey's position as a leading international finance centre, making it easier to do business through effective regulation.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this important step in simplifying and optimising Jersey's regulatory and business environment.

To support you in the implementation of the new policy, we will be hosting drop-in sessions in November, which can be booked below:
