Government competitiveness programme

We welcome the Government of Jersey’s competitiveness programme and have contributed throughout its development. We will continue to support delivery within our remit as the financial services regulator and the island’s registry.  

Our new strategy, launched 23 March 2026, is designed to enable growth through proportionate, risk-based regulation and improved service, while maintaining high standards.  

We will continue to regulate independently in the public interest to protect consumers and safeguard Jersey’s reputation.
