This statement is to warn members of the public against dealing with unauthorised financial service providers.

The impersonating entity, via the website, email address and social media pages [1], is falsely purporting to represent LTIP Funding Company Limited, a genuine Jersey registered entity (153596).

From documentation held by the JFSC, the impersonating entity, via the website and social media pages, is falsely claiming to trade from Fifth Floor, 37 Esplanade, St. Helier, JE1 2TR, Jersey, the registered office address of LTIP Funding Company Limited. The impersonating entity is also carrying on, or holding out as carrying on, Schedule 2 business (Lending) in or from within Jersey when it is not authorised to do so by the JFSC.

The JFSC confirms the following:

  1. The impersonating entity, the website, the email address and associated social media pages are not connected in any way to the genuine Jersey registered entity, LTIP Funding Company Limited, which has the following registered office address: Fifth Floor, 37 Esplanade, St. Helier, JE1 2TR, Jersey.
  2. The impersonating entity has never been registered, nor applied for registration, under the Supervisory Bodies Law. Therefore, any Schedule 2 business carried on by the impersonating entity is in breach of Article 10 of the Supervisory Bodies Law.
  3. From documentation held by the JFSC, the impersonating entity, website, email address and social media pages display warning signs of being set up for fraudulent purposes.

Anyone who has had dealings with the impersonating entity via the website, email address or social media pages is asked to contact the JFSC’s Enforcement team.
