Draft banking codes published
We are asking banks for feedback on our draft Banking Codes of Practice that are coming into force on 1 January 2023.
Codes for review include:
- Main body Code
- Appointment of auditor (AoA Code)
- Financial statements (FS Code)
- Prudential reporting (PR Code)
- Declaration of Compliance (DoC Code).
The deadline for submitting feedback is 24 September 2022.
These changes follow feedback we received last year in response to the enactment of a Banking Business (Accounts, Auditors and Reports) (Jersey) Order 202-.
