Deadline extended for JPF Annual Compliance Returns
We recognise and understand that regulated businesses are facing unprecedented challenges due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and are mindful of the potential challenges you may have in meeting regulatory deadlines.
With this in mind, we have extended the deadline date for submitting the Jersey Private Funds Annual Compliance Returns (the Return).
The current deadline date is 31 July and this has been extended to 31 August. The reporting period up to 30 June remains unchanged.
The payment date for the JPF annual fee remains unchanged at 1 July and all reporting with the Return should be up to 30 June.
