Consultation on Schedule 2 business fees
We are proposing to revise fees for persons required to register under the Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law 2008, as amended.
The increases are in line with the latest published increase in the Jersey retail prices index (RPI) of 10.1%, as of September 2023, but we have amended fee rates, and introduced new fees, for Schedule 2 businesses who are not accountants or lawyers. There is also specific provision for businesses utilising an anti-money laundering services provider (AMLSP).
Next steps
We have launched a consultation on the proposed changes to fee rates for application, amendment and annual fees and welcome comment and feedback from all interested parties.
