CIFO/JFSC/FIU panel discussion on complaints handling good practices

Carol Bisson, senior manager in our banking Supervision team, and Rachael Chinery, senior manager in our investment and insurance business Supervision team, will join the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO), the Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), in conjunction with Jersey Finance for a joint panel discussion on complaints handling good practices.
