Annual frozen assets reporting due by 31 March 2026
If you hold funds or economic resources that belong to, or are controlled by, a designated person, you must send an annual frozen assets report to the Minister for External Relations by 5:00pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026 for assets held on 31 December 2025.
Assets frozen only under another jurisdiction’s sanctions do not need to be reported.
You do not need to submit a nil return.
Failing to comply with financial sanctions legislation, or seeking to circumvent its provisions, is an offence.
How to report
Complete the annual frozen assets reporting template (gov.je) and email it to AnnualFrozenAssetReporting@gov.je by 5:00pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
