Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP)

Virtual Asset Service Providers that do not carry additional ‘regulated business’ licenses are supervised by the JFSC for AML/CFT/CPF purposes only and are not subject to conduct and prudential regulations.

Virtual Asset Service Providers as defined under paragraph 24 Part 4 of Schedule 2 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.
