We have made changes to myProfile, so you can manage your information.
You can do the following without triggering a new application:
- add your appointment start or cessation dates
- edit qualifications and memberships
- see your existing roles and
- edit your contact details.
New functions
We have introduced three new sections.
Dashboard
Your dashboard displays all of your no objections and the status of any of your applications.
Roles
The roles section shows all of your approved roles which have received a no objection.
You can also add your appointment start date or cease to act date for your roles.
My details
Update your personal information (address, phone number, and passport details), employment history, memberships or qualifications without triggering a new no objection application.
This is used to pre-populate your future applications. Keep it up-to-date to make your application process easier.
Any updates to this section will not change any submitted or in progress applications. If you update your name, country of residence, employment history or qualifications and memberships you will need to notify our regulatory maintenance team (RMT): RegulatoryMaintenance@jerseyfsc.org or submit a new application.
- Personal details - If you make any changes to your name or country of residence it is your responsibility to update us by contacting RMT.
- Employment history – If your employer changes, you must submit a new application
- Qualifications and memberships – If your qualification or memberships get revoked you must let us know by emailing RMT.
