How to log in to myProfile

The way you submit personal questionnaires (PQ) has changed.

We have upgraded our processes and introduced a new system, myProfile, for you to update your personal information with us, and to apply for a no objection.

Current portal users with a personal email address

If you’ve previously registered with us through the PQ portal and provided us with your personal email you can use that personal email to gain access to myProfile.

  • Go to myProfile
  • Select 'Login'
  • Choose 'Forgot your password?'
  • Enter your email address

In order to protect private data stored on our servers, we require multi-factor authentication. You can use 1 of 4 methods:

  • text message
  • voice call
  • WhatsApp message
  • Authentication App (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator).

This is required in order to protect your data.

myProfile account is set up

If you have set up your myProfile account with a personal email address, go to myProfile and log in.

New users

If you have not previously submitted a personal questionnaire application, you will have to register to use the service.
