Sanctions reporting forms

Where to send forms

Email all forms to the Minister for External Relations at sanctions@gov.je.

Postal address (only if email is not possible): Ministerial Offices. Government of Jersey, Union St, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands JE2 3DN.

Annual frozen asset reports should be sent to AnnualFrozenAssetReporting@gov.je by 31 March of each year.
