Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman January 2016 This Memorandum of Understanding governs the working relationship between CIFO and the JFSC.  In particular, it establishes a framework under which the parties can exchange information and work together to ensure both parties are able to exercise their respective functions as prescribed by law.

Jersey Charity Commissioner

February 2023 The Memorandum of Understanding with Jersey Charities Commissioner has been signed on 16 February 2023. It governs our working relationship and establishes a framework under which both parties can exchange information and work together, to ensure we are able to exercise our respective functions as prescribed by law and create efficiencies for NPOs.
Jersey Gambling Commission October 2017 This Memorandum of Understanding governs the working relationship between the Jersey Gambling Commission and the JFSC. In particular, it establishes a framework under which the parties can exchange information and work together to ensure both parties are able to exercise their respective functions as prescribed by law.

Revenue Jersey February 2022

This Memorandum of Understanding between the Comptroller of Revenue (Revenue Jersey) and the JFSC, provides a formal basis for co-operation. In particular, it established a framework for investigative assistance and the exchange of information to enable both parties to effectively perform their functions.

States of Jersey Police June 2014

This Memorandum of Understanding governs the working relationship between the Joint Financial Crimes Unit of the States of Jersey Police and the JFSC. In particular, it establishes a framework under which the parties can exchange information and work together to ensure both parties are able to exercise their respective functions as prescribed by law.

The Law Society of Jersey January 2018 This Memorandum of Understanding governs the working relationship between the Law Society of Jersey and the JFSC.
