About our innovation report
Each year we produce a report detailing:
- what the Innovation Hub has achieved in the previous year
- insights on global trends and initiatives
- what we're planning for the upcoming year
Highlights from this year include our continued focus on RegTech and our digital ID survey.
Key global trends and initiatives which we discuss in the report include:
- the impact of artificial intelligence
- open banking and open finance
- virtual assets, blockchain and asset tokenisation
- the tokenisation of real world assets
The report concludes with our 2024 deliverables, which includes:
- continued outreach and engagement
- amendments to Section 4 of the AML/CFT handbook
- exploration of enhancements to the VASP regime
- review and update the initial coin offering guidance and asset tokenisation guidance
