What we do

The Innovation Hub is designed to support the development and adoption of new and innovative technology aimed at financial services. We provide a dedicated point of contact for firms to raise enquiries with competent authorities on Fintech and Regtech related issues and seek non-binding guidance on regulatory expectations.

The Hub provides a collaborative environment for Fintech and Regtech firms, established financial institutions, other island agencies and global regulators. We deliver a range of services to support innovation, providing regulatory guidance and clarification, insights, drop-in clinics and working groups on regulatory requirements and the challenges your organisation might face.

Our approach

Our approach to regulation is based on a deep understanding of the challenges facing the financial services industry. We are committed to working with industry stakeholders, start-ups, business relocations, and established financial institutions to develop solutions that benefit industry.

We believe that innovation and collaboration between policy maker, regulator and innovator is key to unlocking the potential of our industry and are excited to be at the forefront of this exciting and rapidly evolving sector.
