On 2 May 2025 we issued the consultation on disclosable beneficial ownership information (the CP/Consultation), for your views on Registry’s proposals to seek data on:
the extent and nature of beneficial ownership which would be subject to disclosure
information about the levels of ownership collected
timeframes for introduction of these new requirements
any other observations or comments
